We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos or Ibadan - Oyo
Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base across Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new supermarket/retail accounts within assigned Lagos territories
- Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers and store owners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and account acquisition targets
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends across
- Lagos retail channels
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure order fulfilment and delivery timelines are met
- Prepare weekly sales pipeline and forecast reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- 3 - 5 years of proven B2B sales/business development experience, ideally within FMCG, wholesale, or distribution
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and client relationship skills
- Familiarity with the Lagos retail/supermarket landscape
- Own means of transportation or willingness to travel extensively within Lagos.
Remuneration
Competitive, plus commission.
