We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Lagos / Ibadan - Oyo

Job Summary

• Bernol Services Limited is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the commercial and operational performance of our Lagos operations — managing sales, logistics coordination, and client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Lagos business unit's strategic and revenue plans
• Oversee the sales, business development, and logistics/dispatch teams
• Manage key supermarket and distributor accounts directly
• Monitor P&L performance, cost control, and operational KPIs
• Ensure regulatory compliance for import/wholesale operations
• Report business performance and forecasts to senior management/ownership

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in business/commercial management, ideally in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution
• Demonstrated experience managing sales and logistics teams
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Remuneration
Competitive, commensurate with experience.
