Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Agege, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operations within our manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in a factory or agro-allied production environment and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
• Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards.
• Manage production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Monitor the use of packaging materials to minimize wastage.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Coordinate with inventory and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product restocking.
• Identify production challenges and recommend effective solutions.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly utilized and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of an OND
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Proximity to Agege will be prioritized.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
