We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: B2B Sales Officer with Call Centre Experience

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other sales channels.
• Prospect and acquire new business clients to meet sales targets.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.
• Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 per month.
