Job Title: Brand Activation Officer

Location: Lagos (Primarily Lekki and surrounding areas)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• Dokitami is looking for confident, outgoing individuals to represent our brand at high-traffic locations across Lagos, including pharmacies, shopping centres, malls, supermarkets, wellness events, and other partner locations.
• If you love interacting with people, educating customers, and representing an exciting healthcare brand, we'd love to meet you.
• As a Dokitami Brand Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers.
• Your role is to engage with people, answer questions about Dokitami, educate them on our doctor-led weight management programme, and encourage them to begin their health journey.
• Every day, you'll be stationed at different high-visibility locations where you'll introduce new customers to the Dokitami brand.

What You'll Do

• Represent Dokitami professionally at assigned locations across Lagos.
• Engage passers-by and educate them about our services.
• Answer customer questions confidently and accurately.
• Help interested customers begin their Dokitami journey.
• Maintain an inviting and professional brand presence.
• Record daily interactions and customer enquiries.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
• Work with the Dokitami team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Minimum Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Lagos.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods during activations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
