Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business growth through strategic social media activities.
• The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using design tools such as Canva.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote products, services, campaigns, and events.
• Generate monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Grow online communities and increase brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be a resident in Surulere or nearby areas for easy commute.

Benefits
Salary: ₦90,000 Per Month.
