Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and growth of assigned digital product
• You will identify customer problems, define product priorities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and use customer insights and product data to launch and scale solutions with measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics in line with customer and business needs
• Conduct product discovery, customer research, market validation, and competitor analysis to identify viable opportunities
• Prepare detailed product requirement documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and product documentation
• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, product reviews, launches, and post-launch performance optimization
• Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, engagement, and revenue.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline
• 4 - 7 years’ product management experience, with mandatory experience within the fintech sector
• Proven ownership of digital products from discovery and validation through launch, scaling, and continuous improvement
• Strong proficiency in product strategy, roadmapping, agile delivery, backlog management, product analytics, A/B testing, and API concepts
• Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and basic SQL or other data-analysis tools.

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 monthly.
