Job Title: Product Designer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of intuitive and scalable digital products.
• You will combine user research, product thinking, interaction design, and visual design to simplify complex financial experiences while collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design from user discovery and problem definition through wireframing, prototyping, testing, and final implementation
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and behavioural analysis to guide design decisions
• Create responsive web and mobile interfaces, user flows, component libraries, and scalable design systems
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into accessible and technically feasible experiences
• Use AI-powered tools to improve design research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Design, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ product design experience, including experience designing fintech, SaaS, or technology products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of web and mobile products from user research to launch
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, design systems, interactive prototyping, responsive design, accessibility standards, and engineering handoff.

Salary
N700,000 - N850,000 monthly.
