Job Title: B2B Sales Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the B2B Sales Manager, you will drive revenue by acquiring business customers, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence across SME and enterprise markets.
  • You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy that supports monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships, and targeted account development
  • Lead product presentations, commercial negotiations, proposal development, contract discussions, and deal closure
  • Build long-term relationships with founders, executives, finance leaders, and other key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, revenue projections, and market-intelligence updates.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3 - 6 years’ B2B sales experience, with mandatory experience selling within the fintech sector
  • Proven experience selling payments, financial products, SaaS, or technology solutions to SMEs and enterprise customers
  • Demonstrable record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing high-value business transactions
  • Strong proficiency in consultative selling, pipeline management, forecasting, and executive-level presentations.

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 monthly.
