Job Title: B2B Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute measurable marketing strategies that generate qualified business leads, strengthen product positioning, and contribute directly to revenue growth.
• You will manage the B2B marketing funnel and work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to acquire and convert SME and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop B2B demand-generation and account-based marketing strategies for SME and enterprise customer segments
• Manage the marketing funnel across awareness, lead generation, nurturing, qualification, and conversion
• Execute campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid advertising, webinars, events, partnerships, SEO, and other relevant channels
• Produce sales-enablement materials, case studies, pitch decks, product brochures, and targeted campaign content
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and marketing return on investment

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
• 3–7 years’ B2B marketing experience, with mandatory experience in fintech
• Proven experience marketing fintech, payments, SaaS, financial, or technology products to businesses
• Demonstrable success in generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and contributing to sales-pipeline growth
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, ABM, Google Analytics, LinkedIn marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, CRO, and campaign reporting.

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 per month.
