Job Title: HR Manager 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the HR Manager, you will manage core people operations and partner with business leaders to improve employee performance, engagement, and workplace culture.
• You will coordinate performance reviews, employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, onboarding, and retention initiatives for a growing workforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews, development plans, career-management processes, and employee-engagement programmes
• Support managers in addressing performance gaps, workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and employee-development needs
• Manage HR operations, employee documentation, policy implementation, onboarding, and retention activities
• Analyze workforce data and provide practical recommendations on engagement, performance, turnover, and people risks
• Ensure HR practices comply with Nigerian labour laws, company policies, and established employee-relations procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; CIPM certification is an advantage
• 2–5 years’ experience covering HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations Experience working in a fintech, technology, startup, or other fast-paced organization is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters professionally
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, data interpretation, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 per month.
