Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Ajaokuta-Kogi Factory, Kogi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedAccounts Managerto oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance within our manufacturing facility.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and overall factory financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing or building materials industry.
• Professional certification such as ICAN is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
