We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, driving client success and revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic lead generation and networking
  • Deliver consultative sales by understanding customer challenges and recommending tailored technology solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver proposals, product demos, and solution architecture
  • Maintain high client satisfaction to ensure long-term relationships and recurring business
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay updated on ICT trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Business Development Executive
  • Proven success in selling IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or security solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value for clients
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of lead generation, deal negotiation, and CRM tools.

Work Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working in an on-site setting
  • Must be located within a commutable distance to Gwarinpa, Abuja
  • Must be able to start immediately
  • 2-5 years B2B tech/solution sales experience
  • Strong in client acquisition, relationship management & deal closing
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, digital solutions or cloud services
