Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Male)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 5 days in, 2 days out

Job Description

• The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, while driving profitability and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, train, and mentor staff
• Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Benefits

• Salary: N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
