Job Description
- The Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of CarPartsNigeria Automobile to ensure efficiency, productivity, and excellent customer service.
- The role involves coordinating sales operations, inventory management, logistics, customer support, team supervision, and business process improvement while ensuring company policies and operational standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management & Support.
- Fleet Maintenance Planning & Coordination.
- Vehicle Inspections.
- Prepare weekly and monthly fleet performance reports.
- Internal Coordination:- Work closely with (Mechanics/workshops, Sales parts department, field teams, Procurement and operations units, ensuring seamless delivery of services to each client.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Client satisfaction & feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
- HND / BSc in Logistics, Transport Management, Engineering, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and fleet management software(is an advantage).
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supervisory skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Experience in the automobile or spare parts industry is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong customer service & communication skills
- Good understanding of vehicle mechanics/maintenance
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and calmness under pressure.
