Our services include but not limited to Aircraft Refueling, Aviation Trucks Repairs & Maintenance, Heavy duty trucks repairs, Fleet Management etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Locations: Lagos and Shagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Supervise Workshop Operations:

• Coordinate and oversee daily repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure jobs are completed within scheduled timelines.
• Allocate work to technicians and mechanics based on skill and workload.

Monitor Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out according to company standards.
• Inspect completed repairs to verify quality and safety.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and functional.

Team Leadership and Performance Management:

• Supervise mechanics, technicians, panel beaters, vulcanizers, and other workshop staff.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training.
• Monitor employee performance and recommend training or corrective actions where necessary.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Prepare workshop performance reports, including downtime, repair costs, and productivity metrics.
• Track vehicle service history and maintenance schedules.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Workshop productivity and efficiency.
• Vehicle/equipment downtime reduction.
• Maintenance schedule compliance.
• Quality of repairs and rework rate.
• Safety compliance and incident rate.
• Spare parts inventory accuracy.
• Cost control and budget adherence.
