Job Title: Revenue Officer
Location: Ituku-ozalla, Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Revenue Officer will be responsible for managing billing, collections, and reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and proper documentation of all financial transactions while delivering excellent service to patients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all billing and sales transactions using the ERP system
- Operate POS machines and manage daily cash collections
- Reconcile daily transactions and generate financial reports
- Monitor payments and ensure accurate pricing and receipt issuance
- Maintain records of receivables from partners (NHIA, CHF, etc.)
- Handle billing complaints, refunds, and payment inquiries
- Identify and report discrepancies in transactions
- Ensure proper capture of patient and payment information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with ERP softwares
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
