We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Remote 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown interest in our products by visiting our website.
• Your job is to confidently guide the conversation, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.
• If you enjoy convincing people, handling objections, working towards targets, and earning incentives based on your performance, you’ll likely enjoy this role.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to interested customers.
• Build rapport and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Handle objections and close sales.
• Meet daily sales and call targets.
• Accurately update the CRM after each interaction.

We’re looking for people who have

• Proven telesales, phone sales, telemarketing, inside sales, outbound sales, or call centre sales experience.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Confidence handling rejection and staying motivated.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

This role is probably NOT for you if:

• You’re looking for a customer service or support role.
• You don’t enjoy selling.
• You prefer responding to enquiries rather than persuading customers to buy.
• You’re uncomfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 - N300,000 monthly depending on performance.
• Performance -based increases, weekly incentives, plus data and airtime allowance.
