E&R Standard Gate is a diversified business group focused on Marketing Intelligence, Business Development, Product Launch Strategy, and Market Entry Solutions. We partner with global manufacturers within the automotive industry, helping them successfully penetrate and scale across African markets. We are currently the sole distributors of Jaltest Africa vehicle diagnostic tool in the whole west Africa.

Beyond automotive solutions, our subsidiaries operate across Hospitality, Mobility Solutions, Vehicle Leasing, Car Rentals, E-Hailing Services, and Premium Apartment Rentals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Digital Marketer

Location: Ikota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Publish and manage website content, including blogs, landing pages, and service updates.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital prospecting channels.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
• Create compelling marketing copy, scripts, and content for websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and social media.
• Produce and edit videos for digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize marketing activities based on data and insights.
• Manage multiple brands and digital marketing campaigns simultaneously while ensuring consistent brand messaging.

You must:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree 
• Have a minimum of two (2) years' relevant digital marketing experience.
• Reside on Lagos Island or within a reasonable commuting distance to Ikota (Lekki–Ajah).
• Be available to work fully onsite, Monday to Friday.
• Have proven, hands-on experience publishing and managing blog content on websites.
• Have practical experience generating B2B leads through LinkedIn and other digital prospecting channels.
• Be highly proficient in professional email marketing, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
• Have demonstrable experience planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads is an added advantage).
• Possess strong knowledge of both On-Page and Off-Page SEO and be able to improve website rankings through proven SEO strategies.
• Be proficient in video editing for digital marketing campaigns.
• Have excellent script writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills with the ability to create strategic content that builds brands, generates leads, and drives sales.
• Be able to manage multiple brands and marketing campaigns simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly
