We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts, finalize deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, providing post-sales support and addressing feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends, and track competitor activity
  • Forecast sales, set performance targets, and consistently meet or exceed quotas
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or relevant industry sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients
  • Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Time management, problem-solving, and business acumen to handle multiple clients and market dynamics.
  • Adaptability, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
