We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Gender: Female

Job Responsibilities

• Handle company legal documentation and ensure proper record management.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to management on company policies and regulatory matters.
• Ensure the company complies with applicable laws and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and legal representatives when necessary.

Qualification

• Minimum of a B.Sc. (LL.B) in Law.

Requirements:

• Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years post-call experience is an advantage.
• Experience in handling company documentation and corporate legal matters.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract drafting, and legal compliance.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
