Job Title: Business Development Officer (Sales Executive)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a commercially driven and Sociable Business Development Officer at Pazino Engineering and Construction Company Ltd to help grow our business by identifying, initiating, securing, and managing strategic partnerships across the real estate industry and beyond.
• If you’re passionate about building relationships (networking), closing deals, and driving revenue, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience in a real estate company or related industry
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing sales, strategic partnerships and commercial deals
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian Real Estate Industry and Lagos at large.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, Sociable and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented
• Experience working with a Real Estate Firm or Sales Organization is a strong advantage.
