Job Title: Primary 5 and 6 Class Teacher

Job Description
Teaching and Learning:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Prepare weekly lesson notes before and assessment materials.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Integrate ICT skills into teaching.
• Monitor individual pupil progress and provide support where necessary.
• Prepare the pupils for entrace examinations into standard schools.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain an orderly, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Establish and enforce clear rules, routines, and expectations for pupils.
• Ensure pupils' safety and proper supervision during class and school activities.

Assessment and Record-Keeping:

• Conduct continuous assessments and end ofcterm exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils and parents.

Communication:

• Communicate professionally and promptly with parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
• Participate in parent-teacher-pupil conference.
• Provide updates on pupils' behaviour, performance, and welfare.

Professional Conduct:

• Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and a positive work attitude.
• Participate in training, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Uphold the school's values, policies, and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
