Job Description

  • NerdzFactory company is seeking an Editorial Associate to drive daily editorial execution and content quality across the platform.
  • This is a hands-on, execution-focused editorial role for someone who understands the pace and discipline of digital publishing.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that business news, grants, tenders, and opportunities are published accurately, consistently, and on time, helping BizGrowthAfrica remain a trusted, go-to resource for Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • Working closely with the Head of Communications, you will help maintain editorial standards, manage publishing rhythms, and ensure content is clear, relevant, and actionable.
  • This role is ideal for an experienced editor or content professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, pays strong attention to detail, and understands the responsibility that comes with publishing time-sensitive information.
  • The role is based in Ogudu, Lagos, with flexibility for full-time hybrid or contract-to-full-time engagement, and offers the opportunity to directly shape the credibility, growth, and impact of a Pan-African business media platform.
