Job Description
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive brand growth across multiple social media platforms.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content, growing online communities, and leading a creative team comprising a Graphics Designer and Videographer to achieve the company's marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the Graphics Designer and Videographer to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Grow the company's online presence, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance where applicable.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to enquiries, and maintain positive online relationships.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2–3 years of experience managing social media for a business or brand.
- Experience developing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience leading or collaborating with creative teams is an added advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry is desirable but not compulsory.
Other Requirements:
- Must be creative, proactive, and highly organized.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
- Portfolio or links to social media accounts/campaigns previously managed will be an added advantage.
- Passion for digital marketing, branding, and storytelling.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in content scheduling and analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 per month.
