Job Description

• We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and motivated Account Intern to join our Finance team.
• This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Support daily bookkeeping and data entry.
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Organize and maintain financial documents and files.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Assist with payroll documentation where required.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC or be currently serving (where applicable).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
