Job Title: Customer Service Support Officer
Location: Ogudu, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Customer Service Support Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Process customer requests, orders, and documentation accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
- Perform other customer support duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of customer service or customer support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
