We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Support Officer

Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Support Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Process customer requests, orders, and documentation accurately.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet customer service KPIs, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Perform other customer support duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • 1 – 3 years of customer service or customer support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
