Job Description
- We are seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business partners.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, providing administrative support, handling enquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor appointments.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain accurate visitor and courier records.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and report replenishment needs.
- Support HR and Administration with assigned administrative tasks.
- Handle customer enquiries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience using office equipment and Microsoft Office applications is required.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills.
- Must possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Must be well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.

Remuneration
- Salary: N100,000 per month.
