Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary

• We are seeking a polished, customer-focused, and sales-driven Female Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team.
• The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s elegance, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience
• Understand clients’ style preferences and recommend suitable products
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, materials, and brand story
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the brand’s luxury positioning
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization at all times
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and product replenishment
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Support in-store events, launches, and promotional activities
• Uphold the brand image through professional grooming and conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 - 3 years experience in retail sales (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a strong sense of style and presentation
• Customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Basic computer and POS proficiency.
