We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Mechanic I

Job ID: IITA/P&C/NRS2026-028
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Contract: 3-years renewable contract                                            

Duties

• Carry out electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles.
• Carry out auto electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Carry out recovery of vehicle(s) at the stipulated location.
• Carry out cleaning of workshop floor and equipment respectively.
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements
Qualification:

• O’ Level with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience or Trade Test III with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
• Possession of any other recognized automotive technical certification will be an added advantage.

Competencies
The ideal candidate must have:

• Proficiency in automotive technology repairs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) required performing the role effectively.
