Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and secure delivery of packages, documents, and products to customers while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all traffic regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods safely and promptly.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify delivery information and obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle and promptly report any faults or maintenance needs.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Handle customers professionally and courteously during deliveries.
• Safeguard company property and ensure all deliveries are completed without damage or loss.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Valid Rider's Permit and Class A Driver's Licence.
• Minimum of 2–3years' experience as a Dispatch Rider.
• Good knowledge of road networks and routes within the operating area.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
