Job Title: Premium Executive (Private Sales & Events)

About the Role

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Premium Executive, Private Sales & Events to drive revenue growth across High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), private celebrations, corporate events, and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and premium clientele.
  • Identify and convert private celebrations, luxury events, weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive gatherings into sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong partnerships with event planners, wedding coordinators, hospitality managers, and concierge service providers.
  • Manage premium product sales through digital and e-commerce channels while driving customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Organize exclusive brand experiences, tastings, and client engagement events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor sales pipeline, customer activity, and event opportunities.
  • Gather market intelligence on luxury beverage trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven 6 - 8 years of experience in luxury sales, private client management, hospitality, premium beverages, corporate gifting, or event sales.
  • Demonstrable experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and premium clientele.
  • An active and verifiable network of HNIs, luxury event professionals, corporate entertainment buyers, or hospitality decision-makers is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel nationally when required.

Salary
N450,000 monthly.
