We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Personnel

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor charts and alerts of infrastructure.
• Run tests on all environments hourly to ensure all works fine.
• Report to Head of NOC about issues being faced, with follow-ups for resolution.
• Send email notifications about downtime to affected parties.
• Fill out escalation sheet/matrix.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years' relevant experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and troubleshooting.
• Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
