Job Description

• Bernol Services Limited, an FMCG import and wholesale distribution company supplying cosmetics, beverages, and food ingredients to supermarkets, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client base across Ibadan and Oyo State.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new supermarket/retail accounts within Ibadan and environs.
• Build relationships with procurement officers, market unions, and store owners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and account acquisition targets.
• Monitor local competitor pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate with logistics/drivers to ensure delivery timelines are met.
• Prepare sales pipeline and forecast reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, ideally within FMCG or wholesale distribution.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with the Ibadan retail/supermarket landscape.

Remuneration

• Salary: N80,000 per month.
• plus attractive commissions.
