Job Title: Cook

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.
• The ideal candidate should be organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen hygiene.
• Monitor food inventory and report stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience as a cook in a restaurant, hotel, or similar establishment.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
• Must reside in or be willing to work in Apapa, Lagos.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
