We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead (Production Manager)

Location: Ibadan - Apete, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We need a team lead who can monitor and lead staff members efficiently without supervision to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization

Job Duties

• Preparation of customers' orders.
• Handle stock taking and inventory management effectively
• Interact politely with customers when necessary and maintain professionalism
• Following the safety and hygiene requirements of the company
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Customer service-oriented
• Compliance and safety management
• Supervise and lead a team efficiently
• Ensure staff comply with food safety & hygiene
• Monitor daily sales performance
• Monitor product quality, portioning, and consistency of smoothies

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: OND, HND/BSc in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience as a team lead/supervisor, especially in a food retail company
• Strong leadership skills
• Good communication/organization skills
• Proficient in Excel
• A male candidate, preferably

Salary
N80,000 / month.
