We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Guard / Personnel

Location: Ogombo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

• We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Personnel to provide security services at a construction company located in Ogombo, Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's premises, personnel, equipment, and materials while ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to the construction site by verifying the identity of visitors, staff, and contractors.
• Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, or other security threats.
• Ensure all vehicles entering and leaving the premises are properly checked and documented where necessary.
• Safeguard construction materials, tools, machinery, and other company assets.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain accurate records of daily security activities, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Enforce company security policies and site safety procedures.
• Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately.
• Assist in maintaining order and ensuring only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a security guard is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
• Good observation and surveillance skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Honest, reliable, and highly disciplined.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must reside in or around Ogombo, Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, Badore, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality.

Remuneration

• Salary: N70,000 Monthly.
