Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of their restaurant in Lekki, Phase 1.
• The ideal candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory, and cash handling
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Drive sales growth through effective promotions and customer engagement
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Work closely with the chef to ensure menu planning and inventory management

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Relevant hospitality certification (e.g., Food & Beverage Service, Food Safety etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems)
• Knowledge of local Nigerian cuisine and dining trends
• Basic financial management skills (budgeting, reporting).
