Job Title: Social Media Manager, Bourdillon Hotel
Location: Abuja
Job type: Full-time (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s social media communications.
- Design/curate and disseminate distinct types of content across all company social media channels to improve brand visibility and reputation.
- Respond to media inquiries and arrange interviews for the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with journalists and a media database.
- Seek opportunities to enhance the brand reputation and coordinate publicity events as required.
- Provide support to press relations communications.
- Provide support in creating engaging content to meet internal communications goals.
- Maintain records of media coverage and collate analytics and metrics to glean insights and refine communications strategy to improve performance.
- Ensure videos are visually and verbally consistent with the hotel brand.
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to bring projects to completion.
- Participate in the problem-solving, ideation, and capacity-building sessions, including new staff onboarding and staff mentoring programs
- Participate in periodic performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for performance improvement as applicable
- To implement digital campaigns in line with the wider hotel communications strategy.
- To create and disseminate content for Bourdillon Hotel social media channels and coordinate digital content for Party representatives.
- To assist the communications unit in support of the hotel's media activities, including attendance and support at events and press conferences.
- Demonstrated success in social media campaigning, digital organising, and campaigning.
- Creating content in line with established branding and messaging guidelines.
- Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok, and a willingness to engage with emerging platforms.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Schedule and publish content across all digital platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and professional content including graphics, videos, reels, promotional materials, and written posts.
- Develop content calendars and campaign plans.
Lead Generation & Marketing Support:
- Support the business development team in generating sales leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote company events, training programs, job vacancies, and service offerings.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, inquiries, and customer engagement.
- Assist in executing online advertising campaigns.
Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to messages, comments, inquiries, and reviews.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with followers and online communities.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
Brand Management:
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image across all digital channels.
- Protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track social media performance metrics and campaign results.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, impressions, leads, and conversion rates.
- Recommend improvements based on data and performance insights.
Photography & Videography:
- Capture and edit photos and videos for company activities, events, training sessions, and client projects.
- Create short-form video content and reels for social media marketing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in followers and audience engagement.
- Number of leads generated through social media.
- Reach and impressions of social media campaigns.
- Content consistency and quality.
- Website traffic generated from social media.
- Response time to inquiries and messages.
- Overall contribution to company visibility and revenue growth
Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
