We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Institutional Sales Executive (B2B)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented, and highly strategic Institutional Sales Executive to drive high-volume, high-value corporate contract sales of our automotive filter lines.
  • Instead of traditional retail or individual distribution, your primary mission is to identify, pitch, negotiate, and close high-volume supply contracts with large accounts such as luxury hotel chains, major hospital networks, premier boarding schools/universities, multinational corporate offices, real estate developers, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Sector Penetration: Actively target, pitch, and secure bulk procurement deals across our key institutional target sectors:
  • Hospitality & Leisure: Securing hotel mattress and luxury bedding contracts with premium hotels, resorts, and serviced apartment chains.
  • Education & Boarding Systems: Partnering with premier private universities, military academies, and boarding schools to supply student dormitory bedding systems.
  • Healthcare & Medical Networks: Pitching specialized medical mattresses, orthopedic cushions, and tailored clinical bedding to major hospital chains, private clinics, and state health facilities.
  • Real Estate Developers: Pitching bulk interior and bedding furnishing packages directly to real estate developers for fully furnished residential estate projects.
  • Government & Public Sector Tenders: Navigating public bidding platforms and writing Request for Proposals (RFPs) to supply military/paramilitary barracks, police colleges, and emergency relief programs.
  • Key Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional decision-makers, guiding them through pilot comfort testing, bulk custom specifications, and contract lifecycle management.
  • Boardroom Technical Pitching: Prepare and deliver convincing boardroom presentations highlighting the long-term ROI of Vitafoam products (e.g., density warranty, spinal health alignment, custom sizing, and local product reliability).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
  • Age: 35 years old and below.
  • Direct experience selling corporate furniture, real estate interiors, hotel supply fittings, premium construction materials, or commercial consumables in Nigeria is highly preferred.
  • Proven B2B Track Record
  • Must have the ability to drive.
