We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure goods, equipment, and services in line with company policies.
  • Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and secure the best value for the company.
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate procurement based on operational needs.
  • Ensure all procurement records are accurate and properly documented.
  • Monitor supplier performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement or ERP software.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
