About the Role

• Proforce Intelligence Systems is seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that support our cutting-edge defence and security technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build and maintain scalable AI solutions for real-world applications.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
• Integrate AI models into production environments and existing software systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor deployed models and continuously improve performance.
• Research and implement emerging AI and machine learning technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning development.
• Strong proficiency in Python, OpenCV, Neural Networks, and Deep Learning.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
