We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Baale Street Corner Bus Stop Sangotedo Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records,ensure accurate reporting, and support overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Use accounting software for financial management
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting or related field with 2-4 years of proven accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar tools)
• ICAN or related professional certification is an added advantage
• Must reside in Sangotedo or Ajah axis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Must be smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Working Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Saturdays: Occasionally (only when there are company events or urgent needs).

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (depending on experience and competency).
