Job Title: Interior Architect

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior Architect to lead the design, coordination, and execution of high-end interior projects from concept through completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use interior projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interior architecture, technical detailing, and completed projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion/Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, FF&E specification, BIM coordination, construction documentation, and site supervision.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional registration with a relevant professional body is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 Per Month.
