Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Lugbe, Karu, Kuje, and Lifecamp - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through sales of properties.
- Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive category growth across different properties.
- Lead execution oftransactions and client conversions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, diplomatic and government clients
- Drive volume and high-value gifting transactions
- Drive a high-performance sales culture
- Set clear KPIs per sales executive (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage their daily and weekly reports.
- Conduct weekly sales reviews and coaching sessions on product knowledge, clienteling,and closing high ticket sales.
- Weekly product-knowledgesessions for the team.
- Revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
- Sell all product categories of brands carried by the company in volume.
- Maintain a strong presence on the field meeting clients outsidefild.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 3 - 5 years experience.
