We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Manager

Locations: Lugbe, Karu, Kuje, and Life Camp – Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a dynamic sales team while driving high revenue growth.
  • The role requires a commercial leader who actively builds relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate and government institutions, while leading the team to consistently exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets through sales to individuals, corporates, and governments. Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Category Growth: Drive category growth across different properties.
  • High-Value Transactions: Lead execution of high-value transactions and client conversions.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, diplomatic, and government clients. Drive volume and high-value gifting transactions.
  • Sales Culture & Leadership: Drive a high-performance sales culture. Set clear KPIs per sales executive (daily, weekly, monthly) and manage their daily and weekly reports.
  • Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly sales reviews and coaching sessions on product knowledge, clienteling, and closing high-ticket sales. Lead weekly product-knowledge sessions for the team. Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing sales team members.
  • Account Reactivation: Revive all major dormant accounts into active buying customers.
  • Product Sales: Sell all product categories of brands carried by the company in volume.
  • Field Presence: Maintain a strong presence on the field, meeting clients outside.
