Role Summary
- The Marketing Communications Officer is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication strategies that strengthen Qore's brand, amplify its market presence, support revenue growth, and position the company as a leading fintech infrastructure provider.
- The role oversees both digital and offline communications, including social media, content marketing, public relations, corporate communications, thought leadership, events, media engagement, internal communications, brand storytelling, and executive visibility.
- The successful candidate will drive consistent and impactful messaging across all channels while leveraging modern AI-powered communication, content creation, analytics, and marketing technologies to improve effectiveness, reach, engagement, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain a unified brand voice across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Drive awareness, consideration, engagement, and advocacy for Qore's products, solutions, and brand.
- Translate complex fintech, banking, payments, lending, and embedded finance concepts into compelling and accessible narratives.
- Develop annual communication plans, campaign calendars, and messaging frameworks.
Digital Communications & Social Media Management:
- Lead communication activities across all digital platforms.
- Develop and manage content strategies for:

- Facebook
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Company website
- Blogs
- Newsletters
- Podcasts
- Community platforms
- Manage content creation, publishing schedules, audience engagement, and campaign execution.
- Monitor brand sentiment and social conversations.
- Optimize content performance using data, analytics, and audience insights.
- Grow digital communities and strengthen engagement with fintech, banking, and technology audiences.
Content Marketing:
- Lead development of high-quality content assets including:
- Articles
- Blogs
- Whitepapers
- Industry reports

- Investor and partner communications
- Position Qore executives and subject matter experts as thought leaders within the fintech ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to create impactful content.
Public Relations & Media Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media organizations, analysts, influencers, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, and corporate announcements.
- Manage media interviews, speaking opportunities, and industry recognition programs.
- Monitor media coverage and drive positive brand visibility.
- Support crisis communications and reputation management initiatives when required.
Events, Partnerships & Offline Communications:
- Lead communication efforts for:
- Industry conferences
- Trade shows
- Customer events
- Executive roundtables
- Product launches
- Webinars
- Partner events
- Community engagement initiatives
- Coordinate event messaging, promotional materials, presentations, and post-event communications.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
Corporate & Internal Communications:
- Support internal communication strategies that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational alignment.
- Develop communications and company-wide announcements.
- Drive employee advocacy and employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams on employee engagement campaigns.
AI-Native Marketing & Communications:
- Champion AI-first communication and content creation practices.
- Drive adoption of AI tools to improve communication efficiency, creativity, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.

- Continuously strengthen brand equity across markets.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness across all channels.
- Measure campaign performance and engagement metrics.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop executive dashboards and communication performance reports.
- Continuously improve communication strategies based on data and market intelligence.
Requirements
Education
- BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MSc in a related field will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, brand management, public relations, or content marketing.
- Experience within fintech, financial services, technology, SaaS, digital banking, payments, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing both digital and offline communication channels.
- Experience leading high-impact communication campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
