Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Drill Team Quality Representative Coordinator III to support drilling and completion operations by leading Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities throughout well construction planning and execution.
• The successful candidate will oversee quality performance for drilling equipment and services provided by Drilling Service Companies and Rig Contractors while driving compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and steward the Drill Team Quality Plan, including QA/QC processes for well construction activities.
• Oversee quality requirements for drilling equipment, services, and contractor deliverables.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the quality event database.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to quality team members and drill team engineers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in oilfield operations, particularly drilling and completions.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices within the oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of industry standards including API Standards, API Spec Q1, API Spec Q2, ISO 9001, ASNT, and NACE.
• Knowledge of ASNT inspection practices and T.H. Hill DS-1 drill string inspections.
• Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Course is an added advantage.
• Experience with rig equipment and drilling operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence teams and service providers without direct authority.
• Proficiency in business writing and computer applications.
