Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Controls Coordinator / Administrator II to support business controls, compliance processes, records management, reporting, and administrative coordination within a project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Controls Integrity (CI) activities and promote controls awareness across teams.
  • Support compliance activities, including FCPA requirements, audits, access reviews, training registers, and representation letters.
  • Maintain controls documentation, KPI scorecards, irregularity logs, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate Management & Protection of Information (MPI) inspections and reporting.
  • Manage records, document control systems, shared drives, retention schedules, and SharePoint administration.
  • Support contract administration activities, including purchase order monitoring, service requisitions, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain controls calendars and coordinate key business activities.
  • Provide reporting and data management support using digital tools and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in information and records management, administration, compliance controls, or data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of document management systems, SharePoint, and records retention practices.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, charting, and pivot tables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher); knowledge of Microsoft Access is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual, multicultural team environment.
