Job Title: Field Navigator

Job Summary

• As the Field Navigator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective patients, building referral networks, and promoting timely access to healthcare services within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage eligible patients while building referral networks with hospitals and healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on available healthcare services and treatment options
• Maintain accurate referral records and provide regular updates on patient progress and conversions
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification
• Previous experience in patient advocacy is an added advantage
• Strong communication, networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace with the ability to use smartphones for reporting and documentation
• Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned territory, and maintain accurate records with a high level of professionalism.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
